Dear Sir,
Here is an article on Henry Moore - hurriedly typed, I am affraid, but I think clear enough.
Of the photographs, I suggest you use particularly (i) Two Forms (Carving in ironstone), (ii) The two drawings, (iii) The stone carving marked "Henry Moore 1935, (iv) Two Forms 1934 (wood).
Also I endose a photograph of a painting by Wyndham Lewis. I feel sure that Porteus will mention him, but Porteus probably has no photographs. Use this if you can. Lewis was the first & greatest modern painter in England, starting level with Picasso & Braque.
Will you please - this is most important - return these photographs when you have done with them.
Yours sincerely
Geff Grigson
